The Roads Authority (RA) has announced that District Road 212 between Aussenkehr and Rosh Pinah was reopened to all traffic on Thursday.

The Aussenkehr-Rosh Pinah road was closed on Monday due to wet and slippery conditions resulting from recent rainfall in certain parts of the //Kharas Region.

When asked by Nampa on Friday if there are any plans to construct a tar road to address the inconvenience caused by rainy conditions on the gravel road, the RA responded that there is currently no such plan. However, in the meantime, all traffic is permitted to use the gravel road.

The RA expressed its sincere appreciation to all stakeholders and motorists for their cooperation during the road closure.
