Egyptian authorities must conduct an “impartial and effective” investigation into the suspicious death in custody of Ayman Hudhud, Amnesty International said on Thursday. The prominent economist went missing on 5 February and was pronounced dead in early April after being admitted to Abassiya psychiatric hospital in Cairo.
