Eth: State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga, today, met with the Hungarian Ambassador to Ethiopia, Attila Tamás Koppány to discuss a range of bilateral and multilateral issues. Ambassador Mesganu emphasized the strengthening of diplomatic relationship between Ethiopia and Hungary, commending Hungary's support in the field of education, particularly through scholarships for Ethiopian students. According to Ethiopian News Agency, the State Minister highlighted Ethiopia's extensive trade and investment opportunities and invited Hungarian investors to engage in key sectors, including manufacturing, agriculture, and mining. Ambassador Attila expressed Hungary's commitment to enhancing diplomatic relations with Ethiopia, with a particular focus on trade, investment, capacity building, and humanitarian collaboration. He reaffirmed Hungary's commitment to supporting Ethiopia's education system by continuing to offer higher education opportunities to Ethiopian students.
