Addis Ababa: Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Mayor Adanech Abebe have conducted a review of the newly completed Anbesa Garage - Jukrose - Goro Square Corridor development. The 8-kilometer corridor has undergone significant redevelopment, now boasting a pedestrian walkway, a 4-kilometer cycle lane, public toilets, standardized shops, and various modern amenities in line with other corridor projects implemented throughout the city. According to Ethiopian News Agency, this redevelopment project addresses a pressing need for infrastructure improvements in an area that was previously plagued by frequent congestion. The transformation is expected to provide a more structured environment and ease traffic flow in the region, enhancing the overall urban experience for residents and commuters alike.
