China and Egypt share “similar visions and strategies” on defending their interests, Chinese leader Xi Jinping has said on Saturday in a meeting with Egypt’s President General Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Xi hailed “enhanced political trust” between the countries, citing cooperation in fighting the pandemic.
